Dosing:

Primobolan

1 cc/ml per week

Inject 0.5 cc/ml on Monday and 0.5 cc/ml on Thursday

Cycle 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off.

Anavar

1 anavar per day for 5 days a week.

3 weeks on and 3 weeks off with this along with the primobolan

DIET:

6 – 8 meals per day consisting of lean meat, slow carb and vegetables.
